Through a mix of prose and poetry, Sandy Feinstein’s Unbounded follows various perspectives on their own trails. Here, the divide between animal and human is irrelevant—each has their own stories and legacies to share. Feinstein is unafraid to praise routine and the simplicity of life, whether realistic or fantastical. Feinstein, retelling various tales while “clouds scutter,” reminds us to appreciate everything made alive and breathing just by being here, in this world, at the same time.
